Purchasing and Shipping

  • Simply add your selections to your cart and proceed to the secure check out. Or contact me if you have any questions.

  • You can use a credit card. Stripe, a secure online system that I use, accepts major credit cards. You can also use Paypal.

Another option I offer within Canada is to pay by e-transfer. This saves on credit card fees. If you select this option you will be emailed details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others.

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars, so if you live in the Unites States, the prices are considerably lower for you! If you live somewhere else, please check the conversion rate.

  • Yes, I’m happy to discuss a payment plan that works for you, typically 2, 3 or 4 payments. You will receive your painting when the final payment is made.

  • Colour may vary slightly depending on your computer/device screen. If you are in doubt, please check the artwork on somebody else’s computer or device as well before making the purchase. If you would like to see more photos of the artwork, feel free to reach out to me at Lynda@LyndaGoldmanFineArt.com

  • Once I receive your order, I seal the painting with UV protective varnish, which takes a few days to dry completely. All artwork is wrapped in special art paper, padded well and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for orders in Canada and the US. Please be sure to enter your phone number when you check out, in case the mail delivery service needs to contact you.

  • If the painting is 36 x 36 or smaller, it will be sent on its frame. For larger paintings, I might remove them from the frame and sent them rolled. (It depends on the location they are going to). This saves greatly on shipping costs. When you receive the painting, simply bring it to a local frame shop and they will stretch it on the wooden frame. I ship smaller paintings by Canada Post, and larger paintings by commercial courier. If you are local (Montreal), I can deliver the artwork in person or you can arrange to pick it up.

  • Great news! Shipping is included in all paintings going to continental USA and Canada!

  • For overseas shipment (outside of Canada and the US), canvas paintings larger than 12×12″ are carefully removed from the wooden stretcher bars and shipped rolled to reduce shipping costs. If you prefer to leave the painting on the wooden frame, additional costs will apply. Please contact me for shipping options for your country.

  • If the canvas is sent detached from the wooden frame and shipped rolled, you can have the canvas stretched on wooden stretcher bars at a framing store in your area. The painting will return to its original flat state once stretched. You can also choose to add a frame if you like, but with the gallery wrapped canvas (1.5 inches deep), it’s an option but not needed.

  • For international sales, the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees that may occur in the receiving country. Please contact your local customs authorities to inquire further about the rules in your country that pertain to importing original artwork. The USA typically does not charge taxes or import duties on original artwork shipped from Canada. However, different rules may apply to each state, or regulations may change, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to validate the rules for their state.

  • You will be fully refunded in case of any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. Once the painting arrives, please inspect it carefully. If there is any damage please take photos and contact me immediately.
